Victor saddle harware

Survivors frequently lost the rear cantle plate and the front clip on the leather saddle. Overman used the cantle to hook onto the seat spring and the front clip to hold that end of the saddle.

I made two of these elaborate saddles. One is on the 1887 Victor Cross frame HTS I sold the Bicycle Museum of America that Bob Jameson restored and I still have the matching example loose and not on a bicycle.
