I can supply the original re nickel plated correct oval side plate pedals stamped Overman Wheel Co with patent dates for this 1885 1st year high wheel machine made under the Victor name to make it period correct.
The spiked end plate pedals shown are later than this 1885 Victor assuming they are originals and stamped Overman Wheel Co. with patent dates.
Would make a straight across trade OR sell outright.

PS: I have original and reproduction parts for high wheel and hard tire safeties from a large recent antique bicycle collection like (Saddles, springs, handlebars, name badges, pedals, pedal rubbers, hand grips, etc.) just let me know.
