New member with a Victor Overman

I do know that Dave Toppin, MA. Wheelmen member also has a Victor like this and mine differed in the brake spoon and hand brake lever slightly from his and from what I had found from catalog information at the time.
Best to give me a call to arrange a time when you can be next to your bike so we can do the forensics on yours. bike.
