SOLD - 48" VICTOR LIGHT ROADSTER ca. 1886
Quote from mike cates on September 5, 2025, 2:06 amI'm calling this VICTOR an 1886 due to the handle bar to steering head clamping ears and bolt facing forward.
As a reference, 1887-1892 VICTORS had the clamping ears and bolt facing rearward.
Has desirable spade handlebar grips.
Name badge had been removed for re nickle plating but is temporarily taped onto backbone as shown.
Exact repro white pedal rubbers by Alan Pohill who made the best pedal rubbers for Victor and Columbia makes.
Handlebar bell may come with the bike if the offers warrant leaving it on.
Tool kit goes with the bicycle.
If you are or were looking for a 48" machine to ride or display, this is the one.
Photos tell the story.Serious offers please.
I can box for free and ship at a very reasonable rate through my shipper who has shipped bikes for me for over 30 years.
