NOTE:
The price for this fully restored 1897 Ladies Pope/Columbia listed for sale here on December 7th has been reduced to $3,000.  It is a ridable showpiece, restored to a very high standard.

Yes, it is the same bike exactly as pictured and described. I tried to simply bring the original post back up with the new lowered price but the new system seems to not have a way to do so, or at least one I could figure out. Happily the bicycle was sold on January 31st to a fellow Wheelman.
