Title: Philip Eckman

It is with a heavy heart that I have to report that Philip Eckman of the Potomac region passed away Tuesday night. His viewing will be Friday September 7th at Alvin E Smalls funeral home in Colonial Heights, Virginia.

He was a great friend, a wonderful mentor, and a long time member of the League of American Wheelmen. He will be missed.
