Unknown TOC Safety

So its been a few years since I've visited this site. If any of you visit the CABE you will know I'm a regular fixture there. I don't mess with TOC stuff too often but recently came across a few things including this bike. Suggestions have been Stearns, Sterling, and Barnes. This bike seems to have none of that DNA. The bike has a 24" frame. The front wheel/hub is a replacement (steel glue on). The seat is a Persons, has wood handlebars with cork grips. I would think the fork crown might be a 'tell' on this bike and can't find anything similar. I can find no serial numbers or markings other than what is on the fork crown--looks like "J.K."? The bike has what looks like oil port covers held by screws on the top of each side of the crank hanger. This bike is also equipped with an armless coaster brake that is unmarked. Mis-matched pedals-one is a Standard the other a Record. Any help identifying this machine is much appreciated. V/r Shawn
