Discussions on vintage bike builders and reproductions. / Question on selling Replica

My wife inherited a high wheel bike from an estate. We've been able to determine that it is a replica Boneshaker from Cleveland, Ohio.
We are trying to get a little more information to put a value on it to sell it. Also, any thoughts on how to sell it?
I've included a few pictures where you can see that some of the chrome is showing rust and there are a few paint chips as well. I do know that it has never been ridden by anyone in the family, so I can't even say if it is road worthy.
Any thoughts? thanks bob
