I just acquired the wheel and am just thrilled to have one from that decade!
I believe that the seat pan wouldn’t have had steel loops for a tool roll because some were equipped with a rear wheel luggage rack and saddle bags.
I hope that I am wrong.
Does anyone here know for certain?

I am looking for a spoon brake and handlebar clamp for my 48” Centaur. It would probably be similar to a Columbia and I imagine that I will have to modify it.

I went down to the Pearl this morning for breakfast at bakery Lorraine. The Pearl is a repurposed brewery that has lofts, shops, the culinarily Institute of America and restaurants. I used to fit steam pipe there many years ago.
I stopped for a photo at some old shrine on the way home.
 
It turns out that the southern reach of the riverwalk is definitely navigable on an ordinary. I look forward to riding it on one soon!

I finally gave in to temptation and am in the process of acquiring a HTS from Mr. Cates.

He informed me that it is missing the steering neck clamp/nut.
 Does anyone have one laying around or possibly photograph one that is in use?

He did sell me a  new block chain for it, and indicated the grips are wrong, so I’m going to need to know what pedal rubber and grips are acceptable for this example.
It has holes for a head badge so if possible I would like Any clues as to who manufactured it. I will take detailed photos whenever it arrives.
