Just purchased this Baby Windle Cycle still in the crate. I belivieve the Windle Cycle Co. built this as a model/salesman sample to promote the Windle Cycle Co. It has a 15" frame. All of the special Windle Cycle features listed in the catalog are on this bike. I believe it was taken to different shows and dealerships to promote the Windle Cycle.
