Sorry to hear this. If Diane Blake is not going to continue the business, who will roll hollow rims in the future? I hope the hollow rim rolling machine Victory acquired from Larry and Jerry Lunz will be put in the hands of someone like Craig Allen, Ed Lee or Greg Barron as they are capable people. Without rims, most bicycles being ridden or those yet to be found, will suffer from the inability to repair or restore them.
Best scenario is that someone will come in to replace Al Sneller to help Dianne or buy their company and continue the business of building the Victory bicycle.
