Looking for a 24” front wood wheel. The rear has 24 spokes. The rim measures 21” and is 1-1/8” wide. Contact me at sm2501@aol.com if you happen to have one available.

Thanks,

Scott

Here's a California built Rideable Replica Courting Cycle for 3. 2 front pedal sets, and a back seat for a passenger. All Nickel plated (they don't nickel them anymore, only paint). 48" rear wheels with 16" fronts. Really good condition with Christmas lights in the wheels for a parade. The bad news is both wheels have a small bend in them about 18" long. The tandem is still very ridable as is. I'm thinking with a little muscle and a good work bench they could be straightened. I spoke with the manufacturer and the rims would run about $180 each.

More pictures upon interest.

More pictures upon request. Interesting trades up or down always considered.

$1000 local pick up. U ship might be an option for delivery.

David-

I think that's the plan! I pulled the oiler and sure enough I can see inside and there is a notch. I'll find a bolt to thread in and should be able to loosen the cranks.

Do you think the chainring is correct? If so, ever see a catalog with it? It looks out of place to me, and fairly thin compared to other sprockets from the period, but fit the cranks, and is nickel plated. Thoughts?

Thanks,

Scott

I'm stumped on how to remove these cranks. The lock nut is smaller than the crank arm, so it won't pass. What am I missing?
